Chip Dodge
Owner/Proprietor
Chip began his career in construction after he graduated from trade school in 1980. Prior to being self employed, he worked as a construction supervisor in both commercial and residential construction. During this time, Chip was able to keep his woodworking skills sharp by taking on small projects that he would build in his basement workshop. In 1985, Chip decided that he had a strong enough customer base to go into business full time, and he hasn’t slowed down since. His favorite thing about his work is his time spent in the shop building small pieces of furniture.
Chip has been married 27 years to his wife Michelle and has three kids: Beth, Luke, and Tylor. Their family dog is Sebastian. In his free time, Chip enjoys fishing on Pow-Wow Pond, walking, and maintaining his flower garden.

Luke Dodge
Luke has always had a strong interest in woodworking and construction. After attending Champlain College Luke began working as an apprentice under his father, Chip Dodge. Today Luke shares the day to day operations such as drawing, estimating, and building.
In his free time, Luke enjoys being outdoors. He is an avid hiker and winter sports enthusiast.
